12:30 – 1:30 Handling Maneuvers and Timing of Cues: Learn the basic “moves” in agility and how to apply them in specific situations. Timing of Cues will focus on how to apply the correct timing of a certain “move” to achieve the desired response from your dog on course. Limited to 4 dogs.
1:40 – 2:40 Timing of Cues and Course Analysis: Timing of Cues will focus on how to apply the correct timing of a certain “move” to achieve the desired response from your dog on course. Analyze courses to determine the best strategy for you and your dog on any given course challenge. Limited to 4 dogs.
3:00 – 4:00 * Jumping Games: 70% of every course is JUMPS. Dogs should be confident jumpers that can calculate the required jumping effort at full speed. This class will go over foundation jumping skills, teaching verbals for tight turns and the backside of the jump, and games to increase value for committing to jumps. Limited to 6 dogs.
5:30 – 7:00 Handle with Your Whole Body: Learn how each part of your body effects your dog on course and how to use each part correctly to give accurate and timely information on course at all times. Limited to 6 dogs.
7:15 – 8:45 Handling Maneuvers: Learn the basic “moves” in agility and how to apply them in specific situations. Limited to 6 dogs.
