The seminar will incorporate lecture about the science of truffles and canine scent detection as well as Beginner and Advanced working team rotations addressing a comprehensive approach to truffle dog training. Topics include scent identification, alerts, basic indoor hides, outdoor hides, distractions, sequencing behaviors, building duration and understanding how your human-canine connection, energy and pressure affect the team.
Individualized training scenarios will be set up for advanced working teams.
